I've seen this dress, fell in love with it and ordered it. In retrospect, I was a bit worried and the hard time of waiting began.Customer service? Very helpful, polite and great! Then, when the highly anticipated package arrived ON TIME, I really had to control myself, not to tear open the (incidentally very stable!) box :-) What awaited me in the box, ALL exceeded my expectations: Lovingly packed, the most beautiful dress was revealed, I've ever seen. The color, the absolute high-quality material, processing… everything far exceeded my wildest expectations and the dress can easily keep up with German standard - if this does not even exceed! I am a very critical customer-but in this purchase there is in any way something to complain about! Everything is perfect If I could have given 10 stars, I would!

I ordered this dress and can't wait till it gets here, its exactly what I want. There was a mix up with my email address and I ordered the dress twice. I was a little worried at first, but SH took care of the situation and I was offered a full refund, which I have received. My dress arrives tomorrow and I can hardly wait to see it. (Posted on 7/8/13)
